Higgins as Bulova Center, the
business was a retail watch store
and repair station of the San
Francisco East Bay. In 1978, sons
Kent and Dann grew the business
toward the jewelry industry,
specializing in jewelry design and manufacturing, repair and
restoration. Our store carries a large
inventory and offers watch repair.
Dann is
certified with
the Gemological Institute of America
(GIA), and holds degrees of Colored
Stone Identification, Diamonds and
Diamond Grading.

has been appraising for national
insurance carriers for over two
